Challenges faced by The Epicentre

  • Low-Income Families: Many families in our area need our services, but struggle due to financial constraints and the high cost of specialized care.
  • Cultural Stigmas: There are prevailing cultural stigmas about the worth of investing in education for a child with a developmental disability, making our mission challenging.
  • Poor Road Infrastructure: The road infrastructure outside our center is inaccessible and washed-out, posing difficulties for families to travel to our facility.
  • Distance and Commuting: Due to poor roads, the distance of travel to the center can seem high to commuters, further complicating accessibility.
